THE SECTION OF RUBBER-TECHNICAL PRODUCTS

The section produces a wide range of molded rubber products from oil and gasoline resistant rubbers according to ГОСТ9833-73 (rubber rings of circular cross-section), wide range of molded rubber products for hydraulic and pneumatic devices according to ГОСТ14896-84 (sealing rubber cuffs).

At present, we have put into operation the technology of manufacturing, from the rubber granulate, of covering for children's playgrounds and sporting grounds, swimming pools, country paths and sidewalks, as well as for public, industrial and residential premises.

Areas of application of the rubber granulate

For a long time, rubber products have been a problem material, because, due to their chemical structure (a three-dimensional chemical lattice) they have been considered products that cannot be recycled. Meanwhile, with the help of new technologies, it has become possible to process each kind of rubber product into a final product, a raw material or a source of energy. At present, worn-out tires are recycled into rubber granulate on a large scale.

Products made from them include insulating plates, details, elastic mats and floor coverings. Such products have now been successfully used for years.

• Sport: tennis-courts, football (soccer) grounds; sporting grounds for badminton, hockey, baseball, American football; race tracks and jumping runways.

• Municipal services: elements of children's playgrounds, bicycle lanes, floor coverings, saving mats.

• Agriculture: animal breeding, gardening, and hothouses.
