MODULAR PUMPING UNITS

Modular pumping units are used for feeding oil, gasoline, and methanol, with the necessary additives, to the wells and pipelines, as well as for pumping into the wells, under high pressure, water and other similar products with the viscosity from 0.0085 to 8 cm2/s.

Such units are primarily used in oil- and gas-production industry. Design of the units and their component equipment corresponds to the explosion safety zone B-1a, according to the ПУЭ regulations.

Design Features

Modular pumping units are equipped with the necessary pumps, fittings, and control devices depending on the desired operational characteristics.

Modular pumping units can be supplied with different design makes:

— on an open platform;

— in a closed, unheated or partially heated, block-box with forced and natural ventilation;

— in a warm block-box with heating, having forced and natural ventilation.

In case of need, in the block-boxes it is possible to install tanks for the pumped products or vessels for cooling the pumps of the capacity up to 5 m3. The control device, included in the standard delivery, ensure both manual and automated control of the work of the unit, as well as the possibility of remote control.

Specific operational characteristics, component pumping equipment, and the design make of a modular pumping unit shall be agreed by the parties..
